Pure Aluminum Powder (99.6%+ Purity)

Ball Mill produced Aluminum powder, which is regularity quality control tested, to confirm that our product has a purity of over 99.6%.
The particles are flake type, not spheroidal, like all the Chinese metal powder producers sell.

These particles have an extremely large surface area to mass ratio. Such particles are often referred to as Flake Type particles.

Mesh size denotes the particle size of the largest particle in a given quantity (mass amount of powder).

For Example:

@100 Mesh… the sieve screen used to sieve the particles has 100 holes in each square inch of area. So the Aluminum Particles will vary in size, from 100 Mesh (equal to 150 micron) to sub-micron in size.

If I were to represent the mass distribution of particles, by size, on a line graph, the distribution of particle sizes, according to mass, would be a Normal Distribution curve, skewed to the left (has a tail to the left) meaning the majority of particles are between 150 and 75 micron. With less than 10% if the total mass being examined, being particles smaller than 50 micron.
