Shipping policy

Please provide your physical address as we ship with a carrier more often than Canada Post.  The max box size for Canada Post is 36" and they charge per box, so it is the most expensive way to ship.  If a PO BOX is the only way to ship to your location, we will need to cut your steel.

Our shipping is done based on an average price for the province or state, if you live in a remote or rural area where shipping charges are higher, we bill for the extra costs.  If shipping is more than $10 over the price paid we will contact the customer to determine if they are willing to pay more or if they want to cancel the orders.  As a small business, we can not absorb additional shipping costs.

We reserve the right to cancel an order, if we determine the shipping cost to be too expensive, or if the product being shipped is temperature sensitive (like ITC 100 or other rigidizers) and there is a strong likelihood of the product freezing. 

Customs, Brokerage Fees and Tariffs

Customers that are ordering from outside of Canada are responsible for any customs, brokerage and tariffs imposed on shipped packages.
